Karolee - Dental Hygienist

A graduate of Colorado Northwestern Community College, Karolee joined the practice in 1976. As you can see, she has a true commitment to the practice and her patients. Gentle, quality care with the overall health of her patients is her goal. Her interests range from gourmet cooking to motorcycling and home remodeling to “junking” for treasures. Traveling world wide with her husband and two kids is high on her priority list. Her personal philosophy is: "Don't take anything or anyone for granted - live each day God has given you to the fullest."

Our strength has been building, and retaining, strong staff members which allows the doctors to provide excellent dental care. This is the strongest team we have had in forty years in dentistry. The strongest in terms of their dental ability, caring for patients, and willingness to contribute to a happy work atmosphere. Dr. Pettine and Dr. Mucci are understandably proud of the staff they are fortunate enough to work with.

Sheila - Dental Assistant

Sheila is from Faribault, Minnesota and attended college at Mankato State University. In 1983, she came to Fort Collins and started working with Dr. Pettine and what is now Associates in Family Dentistry. Years later, she still loves her profession, working with our team, and enjoys her patients because, "they feel like family". When she is not working, she spends time with her daughter, Kaely, and husband, Doug. They love to go boating, play golf, and go hiking near their home at Horsetooth Reservoir.

Wendy attended dental hygiene school, in Cheyenne, at Laramie County Community College. In 1993, she received her degree and joined our team. Wendy married Dennis in 1988 and have three lovely daughters. The family enjoys traveling, camping and boating together. She also spends her free time reading and flower gardening.

Michelle is originally from Iowa and is a graduate of the University of South Dakota. She received her degree in 1995 and joined the Associates in Family Dentistry team in 1997. Michelle is married to Eric and have two wonderful children, Jake and Alix. Michelle enjoys camping, snowboarding, fishing, softball, scrapbooking, and working in her yard.

Marianne began her dental profession as an orthodontic assistant in 2001. She then began working for a general dentist, in Connecticut, before moving to Fort Collins in 2004 when she joined our practice. She is married to Joel and has 2 beautiful girls, Analisa and Abriana. In her spare time, if there is any for a young working mom, she enjoys dancing, shopping, and traveling.

Marianne - Dental Assistant

Peggy is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and has been a dental hygienist since 1984. She moved to Fort Collins with her husband, Kent, and their three children. They love the Fort Collins community and all it has to offer. Peggy’s hobbies include traveling with her family, exercising, and scrapbooking.

Julie is originally from Nebraska, where she received her degree at the University of Nebraska. She has a wonderful daughter and son-in-law. She enjoys quilting and traveling in her spare time.

After attending Eastern Wyoming College in her hometown of Torrington, Wyoming, Leslie moved to Fort Collins in 2000. She became a travel agent, then worked as a financial consultant for Miamont Sports Center. She joined our team in 2007. Leslie enjoys camping, golfing, and traveling. She loves to spend time with her husband, Kevin and stepsons Andy, and Sammy.
