Dr. Mucci was born and raised in southwestern Pennsylvania.  He received his B.A. degree from St. Vincent College, Latrobe, Pennsylvania.  He attended, and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, from Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois in 1986.  From there, he moved to California where he started a dental practice in Azusa, California.  While in California, he worked for the Los Angeles Dental Society providing dental care to indigent children.  He was a staff dentist for Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena.  He also worked with the California Board of Dental Examiners as a dental consultant.

In 2000 Dr. Mucci saw the light and moved his family, and his dental practice, to Fort Collins. This was a move he appreciates every day.  Dr. Mucci has two grown children, Dominic and Cristina. Dr. Mucci loves the great outdoors and spends his spare time enjoying our mountains and streams.
